Email won’t send invoices

We’ve sent invoices previously to this customer and I’m able to send invoices to all my other customers. Just for some reason this one is being difficult. It told me that Quickbooks Desktop was now connected to my Microsoft Email account and it sent me an email verifying that. It then sent me to my MSN Hotmail access page and allowed me to enter my password. Something may be blocking the connection to your Google account.

So I know the problem is not with Office 365. Select the Edit menu and then selectPreferences. In the folder, right-click the QuickBooks.exe file and select Properties. Then right-click the QuickBooks icon and select Open file location. Make sure QuickBooks isn’t set to automatically run as an administrator.
